Need help accessing client hub? We have a simple, easy to follow, step-by-step guide here just for you. Getting Started You'll need to go to our website located at yorkbuildersva.com. You can do this by typing that address into your URL bar, or you can google York Builders and click on any of them that go to yorkbuildersva.com. Step 1 Click on the Client Hub link located in the navigation menu of our website. View the pictures below for computers and mobile devices on how to do this. Step 2 This is the client hub login page. Your login page should look something like this on a computer or mobile device. Step 3 Enter your email address in the 'Email' field and click 'Continue' Please Note: you must have received an estimate/invoice from us already or you must have requested an estimate/work from our website for your login to be active. Step 4 If you have an account with us, you will receive a notice after clicking 'Continue' that looks like this. Otherwise, you'll be prompted to request an estimate/work from us, which will create a client hub account for you instantly. Not seeing an email in your inbox? Check your spam/junk folder. Still don't see it? Click the 'Resend email' button pictured above. Still don't see it? Make sure you typed the correct email and are checking your correct email. Step 5 This is what the email you receive will look like. It will be addressed from York Builders, with a subject of Your login for York Builders. Click the 'Log in to Client Hub' button in the email. If the button doesn't work, copy and paste the link further down in the email into your web browser's URL bar to continue. If you plan on logging out of your account, it is recommended that you add notification@getjobber.com and info@yorkbuildersva.com to your address book. This login method is a more secure way of accessing your account compared to username/password and is for your security and convenience. Step 6 This is what your Client Hub will look like when you login. In the picture there are no requests because the customer hasn't requested anything, but have a Client Hub account because they have prior invoices from us. Step 7 On the left of the client hub screen you have a list of options as pictured below that will take you to their respective pages if you click on them. If you have any of that type of document/request/etc available on your account, it will be listed in the center of the screen in summary blocks, which can also be clicked to view more detail. That's it! You did it! You're logged into client hub and ready to create new requests, view your previous requests, estimates/quotes, in-home visits/appointments, and invoices from us. You also have access to our contact information.

There could be a couple of reasons for this, and are as follows: If you requested an estimate, but haven't gotten one yet, your representative may not have finished preparing the estimate for you quite yet. Estimates are normally available within 72 hours of your free in-home consultation (although usually much sooner). If you received an estimate or invoice via email or text message, but you don't see it in Client Hub, your estimate may not have synchronized from our accounting system quite yet to be viewable in client hub. Usually you should see it in available online a few hours after you receive your email, although in some cases we have seen it take up to a couple days for it to synchronize. (although this is a very rare occasion). If it has been longer than 7 days without being able to view it in client hub, please send us an email at info@yorkbuildersva.com and we can get the problem taken care of for you same day. If you received an estimate, but it has been longer than 45 days without a response from you in regards to moving forward or making changes to the estimate, the estimate will be archived, and removed from your client hub since the estimate expires after 30 days from the initial date. It may still be honored depending on material prices for your job if you do decide to move forward after the initial 30 days, and if not, the price shouldn't be much different. The additional 15 days to view an expired estimate past the initial 30 is for your convenience to view the estimate and have more time to make a well thought out decision and research your choices. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and would like to give you every opportunity to feel comfortable in your decisions. Please note that estimates that are acted on, will always be available for you on client hub. All invoices, appointments, and payments will always be available for you on client hub regardless.

To access our online customer self service portal (ClientHub), you may click here or go to bit.ly/yorkbuilders Ensure you're using the email address we have on file for you If you are having trouble logging into your account, please contact us and we'll get it straightened out. If you're wondering why all of your service history isn't in your client hub, it's because we initiated it beginning in November of 2019. If you have had service since then and your past invoices aren't showing up, please email us. Please note, the only estimates that will remain in client hub are the valid 30 day ones, as well as ones that were approved for work. Once the estimate expires and you haven't acted upon it, it will no longer show up in client hub. With the new ClientHub, you will be able to make estimate/work requests online, view, approve, and pay deposits on estimates online, view and pay invoices online, and view scheduled appointments with us as well as see pictures of who is coming, when, and receive reminder emails/text messages. Please login using the email address you provided to the York Builders representative, or the one you used when completing your first work/estimate request online, as this is what is associated with your account. If you would like to change the email address associated, please contact us.

We have two types of work being done for us. That done of individuals who are independently contracted by our company to complete projects, and that of companies we have standing contracts with to complete specialized tasks. Independent Contractors We use independent contractors (which are individuals who have trade specializations) to complete your project on behalf of our company. Our independent contractors undergo a background check and drug screen prior to being allowed on any of our construction sites. We also have a policy for individual independent contractors to be willing to undergo random drug screens to ensure safety on the job, and provide the highest quality customer service for our customers. We have a low turnover rate for independent contractors at this time, so chances are, you will get the same person/people completing all of your projects with our company in the near future. For example, if/when we need land surveyed, we will call upon Campbell Land Surveying to take care of that portion of the project for us, and the same for Terminix for pesticides and extermination. (Don't worry, you as the customer won't need to worry about this, we take care of all of the requirements for working with the sub contracted companies). We are open from 7am - 7pm Monday through Friday. We are available on Saturday by appointment. We are closed on major holidays like Christmas and New Years.

Not to toot our own whistle, but these almost never happen. But, we aren't perfect, so when they do, we make it right! We offer a satisfaction and service guarantee that you will receive what you requested and paid for. If you have problems with our work (i.e. a leaky faucet, crooked cabinet, etc.) you have 7 days to report it to us and we will fix it at no charge. Simple, some medium to larger scale projects require a lot of materials and equipment, and when they do, we request a deposit to begin work. Your deposit allows us to secure these necessities for your project. Don't worry though, your deposit goes towards your final invoice so it's not an additional cost. The amount of the deposit varies between jobs, but if one is required, you'll know, because it will be on your estimate. If you do not pay the deposit, work cannot begin on your project.

Fun fun, the work is done! Now, let's get down to business. You're looking for ways to pay the bill, and we offer several options: Cash in person Check in person or mail Credit/Debit card in person, online, or over the phone. Bank Draft online Financing In person payments are easy, just let us know when you'd like us to stop by to pick up payment. Yup, we'll come to you, you won't need to come to us. Mailed payments are just as easy as in person payments, maybe even easier. All you need to do is write the check to York Builders for your balance due, or payment plan payment if you have one set up with us (this is rare), stick it in an envelope with a stamp and drop it in the mailbox to 1112 Dandy Loop Road, Yorktown, VA 23692. No need to wait on anyone but the mail man. Online payments are the easiest in my opinion. All you need is a credit/debit card or U.S. Bank Account. You can click the 'pay now' link in the email that your invoice was sent in, or you may login to the ClientHub, navigate to your outstanding invoice, and click pay. Financing is offered through Wisetack. To apply, view your estimate on our client hub, and at the bottom near the total their should be a note from Wisetack offering financing for the project. The stipulation to the financing we offer is the project must be at least $500 but not over $25,000. If you need further instructions on how to pay your bill, please send us an email at billing@yorkbuildersva.com and we'll get back to you right away. We like to keep things secure and keep your information on a strict need-to-know basis, so please do not include any payment details like credit card or bank account numbers in your email. We can only process those transactions over the phone, or you must do it yourself online.

Need to change some information on your account like your: Name Address Phone Number Email Etc. Please send us an email at info@yorkbuildersva.com or give us a call at (757) 810-5663. Be sure to include that you want information on your account changed, some identifiers of your account, and what the new information is. We'll get the change taken care of right away. Additionally, we do allow you to have multiple emails on your account so that you may give access to client hub to your significant other, children, parents, or someone else you want to have access.
