Q.     What is my email or username?

A.       Your email will be your first name (dot) last name  @yorkbuildersva.com. (i.e. first.last@yorkbuildersva.com)

Q.     I don't remember my password, what do I do?

A.       You can either use the available password reset option, or contact admin@yorkbuildersva.com for assistance.

Q.     I haven't logged into anything before, how do I get my password?

A.      To obtain your passwords, login to Office 365 with your email using the method above, and the password being Y@rk#### (The first two #s being the first 2 in your social, and the second 2 #s being the last 2 in your social. After logging into Office 365, open your outlook email and there will be an invitation link to create passwords for the other software to which you are granted access. If you should have access somewhere and do not, or cannot login to Office 365, contact admin@yorkbuildersva.com for assistance.
