Employment verification requests must be made in writing to admin@yorkbuildersva.com. Phone verifications may be inaccurate and should not be used to make employment or lending decisions.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date created unless otherwise stated on the estimate itself, after which values may be subject to change. By signing/approving the estimate you are agreeing to the entirety of the estimate as outlined and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a change in pricing. Time and Material estimates are subject to change based upon labor hours worked and do not require approval from the customer insofar as the scope of work has not changed. Any change to the scope of work must be in writing on official documentation from the company and signed by the customer. Invoices will be submitted only for work completed and shall be due upon receipt. Invoices with an outstanding balance for 90 days or longer may entitle the company to stop all work until resolved and/or send the invoice to a collections agency for processing and/or file for a contractor's lien. Our craftsmanship is warranted for normal use for 7 days past the completion of work.
