If you're wondering why all of your service history isn't in your client hub, it's because we initiated it beginning in November of 2019. If you have had service since then and your past invoices aren't showing up, please email us.
Please note, the only estimates that will remain in client hub are the valid 30 day ones, as well as ones that were approved for work. Once the estimate expires and you haven't acted upon it, it will no longer show up in client hub.
With the new ClientHub, you will be able to make estimate/work requests online, view, approve, and pay deposits on estimates online, view and pay invoices online, and view scheduled appointments with us as well as see pictures of who is coming, when, and receive reminder emails/text messages.
Please login using the email address you provided to the York Builders representative, or the one you used when completing your first work/estimate request online, as this is what is associated with your account. If you would like to change the email address associated, please contact us.
