How to access Client Hub

Need help accessing client hub? We have a simple, easy to follow, step-by-step guide here just for you.

Getting Started

  • You'll need to go to our website located at yorkbuildersva.com. You can do this by typing that address into your URL bar, or you can google York Builders and click on any of them that go to yorkbuildersva.com.

Step 1

  • Click on the Client Hub link located in the navigation menu of our website. View the pictures below for computers and mobile devices on how to do this.

I got an Estimate or Invoice, but I don't see it on ClientHub

There could be a couple of reasons for this, and are as follows:

If you requested an estimate, but haven't gotten one yet, your representative may not have finished preparing the estimate for you quite yet. Estimates are normally available within 72 hours of your free in-home consultation (although usually much sooner).

If you received an estimate or invoice via email or text message, but you don't see it in Client Hub, your estimate may not have synchronized from our accounting system quite yet to be viewable in client hub. Usually you should see it in available online a few hours after you receive your email, although in some cases we have seen it take up to a couple days for it to synchronize. Customer Self Service (ClientHub)

To access our online customer self service portal (ClientHub), you may click here or go to bit.ly/yorkbuilders

  • Ensure you're using the email address we have on file for you

    • If you are having trouble logging into your account, please contact us and we'll get it straightened out.


  • If you're wondering why all of your service history isn't in your client hub, it's because we initiated it beginning in November of 2019. If you have had service since then and your past invoices aren't showing up, please email us.

    • Please note, the only estimates that will remain in client hub are the valid 30 day ones, as well as ones that were approved for work. Once the estimate expires and you haven't acted upon it, it will no longer show up in client hub.
