We have two types of work being done for us. That done of individuals who are independently contracted by our company to complete projects, and that of companies we have standing contracts with to complete specialized tasks.
Independent Contractors
We use independent contractors (which are individuals who have trade specializations) to complete your project on behalf of our company. Our independent contractors undergo a background check and drug screen prior to being allowed on any of our construction sites. We also have a policy for individual independent contractors to be willing to undergo random drug screens to ensure safety on the job, and provide the highest quality customer service for our customers. We have a low turnover rate for independent contractors at this time, so chances are, you will get the same person/people completing all of your projects with our company in the near future.

We parter with local companies to complete specialized projects or parts of a project for us. For example, if/when we need land surveyed, we will call upon Campbell Land Surveying to take care of that portion of the project for us, and the same for Terminix for pesticides and extermination. (Don't worry, you as the customer won't need to worry about this, we take care of all of the requirements for working with the sub contracted companies).
